Here's a picture of me looking tired as usual. I'd like to thank Ernie Castro, MD for driving another c-section 30 minutes my way from Yuma, CO. Ernie, I hope you got to drive the ambulance on the way back and they let you play with the siren. In the future try to get your OB's to crash in the middle of the day.

Ugh I hate when I get comment spam. There is a thing, if you go into your settings, then comments. It'll say 'turn on word verification for comments' Press yes for that and spam will go away.
